The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. okiplay does not accept deposits from third parties — all funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. okiplay aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
okiplay may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to provide a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. okiplay is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
okiplay may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
okiplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. The following conduct in relation to bonuses is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings:

okiplay reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in the odds or game outcome. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's account. okiplay's decision on void bets is final.

Upon termination of your account, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules. Any remaining balance in your account, after deduction of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture, will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your account at any time by contacting okiplay support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable verification procedures.
okiplay strives to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond okiplay's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of God, or government actions.
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, okiplay reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. okiplay will not be liable for any loss of winnings or other damages arising from technical issues, system failures, or service interruptions.

okiplay is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. We comply with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines, including those administered by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and PAGCOR.
okiplay may, at any time and without prior notice, freeze or suspend an account and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that funds deposited or withdrawn are connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation and to provide any documentation requested by okiplay or the relevant authorities.
All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. okiplay reserves the right to return funds to their source and close the account if third-party funding is detected.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okiplay, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of winnings, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
okiplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okiplay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability. In such cases, okiplay's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact okiplay's support team and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. okiplay will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.
okiplay reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okiplay will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where required by applicable law or regulation, okiplay will provide advance notice of material changes via email or in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
